May 2008 Here's a small bar of the famous Modica chocolate from Sicily (apparently still produced by the ancient Aztec method). Bit crunchy with sugar, but different (and in large quantity). Mount Etna was impressive but we really must try and look for some warm weather somewhere....
The advice this month is to keep an eye out for that harlequin ladybird
